Carli's practice now extends to Ontario's Landlord and Tenant Board — acting for landlords only. From the first N4 for unpaid rent to an N12 for your own use, she drafts the notices, files the L1 and L2 applications, and carries the file through to a hearing and an order.
LTB hearings are held by videoconference in the Board's Zoom hearing rooms, and that changes what representation looks like. There is no courthouse to drive to and no reason to hire whoever happens to be local to the property. Carli prepares your evidence, serves and uploads it under the Board's rules, and appears in the Zoom hearing room on your behalf — whether your rental unit is down the street in Burlington or on the other side of the province.
