LTB Hearing Rooms
Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board hearings are held by videoconference in numbered Zoom hearing rooms. Find your room below, check the meeting ID, and join — no Zoom account required.
How LTB Zoom Hearings Work
1. Check Your Notice
Your Notice of Hearing names the exact room (e.g. VC112), the date, and the time. The room on your notice is the only one that counts — confirm it before joining.
2. Join 15 Minutes Early
Sign in ahead of your scheduled block and rename yourself with your full name and role (e.g. "Jane Smith — Landlord") so the moderator can find you.
3. Evidence In Advance
The LTB expects evidence to be uploaded and served before the hearing under its rules — you generally cannot hand documents up on the day.
4. No Video? No Problem
Your Notice of Hearing also includes a phone dial-in option if you can't join by video. Missing the hearing entirely can mean an order made without you.
